Lee undertook quite a large project for us. We quoting process was painless and transparent - he provided a full breakdown of costs which was very helpful. The work started on time. Lee was flexible with requested changes during the build and also to a couple of changes of mind! Overall we are very happy with the end result and would definitely use him again.

After a year managing other building projects, our experience with Lee was a breath of fresh air. We found him to be friendly, approachable and a good communicator. He worked very hard on site, was punctual and got the job done ahead of our expected schedule. He project managed the sourcing and delivery of materials really well. We are very pleased with the final result and would happily contact Lee again if and when we have further building requirements. 

Lee provided a fully broken down quote and spent time talking us through it, which was invaluable. He constantly gave positive advice and supported us with challenges we had with another contractor (which was really appreciated). His work was very honest and most noticeably, when the job was hit by bad weather and increased costs which were arguably outside of his control, he didn't try to transfer the costs. Good guy, great job, would recomend and we hope to be working with him on phase 3 of our project:)

Lee has a very positive and friendly attitude in addition to his professionalism, reliability and building skills. The work was done efficiently and quickly and Lee kept us regularly updated of the progress. The actual project came in quite close to the original budget, and any changes or extra works which needed to be done were done with prior discussion and agreement. Lee also provided some great solutions and suggestions throughout. Moreover, he offered a warranty on the works and has come back to fix any issues that may have come up several months after the works completed. Overall I am very happy with Lee and his team.

Super impressed with Lee. Had experience with other builders and where often a challenge to work with as anything extra or changes got them disgruntled. However Lee is super easy to work with - can discuss anything with him and he will either work out a way or tell you another way if its not possible! Super awesome can do attitude and gets stuff done. Always when you ring him he eithers msg's or calls back. And always upfront when asking him about extras and how much the cost would be. Also super good at working with the contractors I brought in - always happy to assist where he could and kept his side of the deal when promising what he would do before the contractors returned at a certain date etc.

Super impressed and if your looking for a builder that's easy to work with and gets stuff done for a good price - Lee is your man!

Lee is a talented builder. He understood what our plans and design were and did everything he could to fulfil them. He was honest and trustworthy and once he set his mind to a task, would complete a lot in a day. He always made sure, we as customers, were satisfied with a job - if not, or if something was wrong, he would not hesitate to replace or re-work it. This project went on a lot longer than planned, but he did contend with things out of his hands as well
